Responsibilities:
Design, deploy methodologies of data gathering; process large volume of raw data; develop automated data models; collaborate in projects for data visualization dashboards, QC., work on cost-benefit analysis, predictive analysis & budgeting. Specific job duties are as follows:
Design and implement data collection/gathering methodologies to gather information from various sources including SAP ERP system, APIs, web scraping techniques, and customer surveys; extract large volumes of transactional data from various modules within the SAP system. Design and execute automated data modeling to process raw data from multiple sources into usable format for analysis further. Create Excel-based data models to generate standardized performance indicators and conduct statistical analysis based on industry statistics knowledge to produce detailed weekly/monthly product analysis reports tailored for cross-functional teams, facilitating strategic decision-making processes. Collaborate with big data team to develop data visualization and interactive dashboards using Power BI, enabling effective monitoring of service and quality performance across countries. Responsible for ensuring product quality within the US market, utilizing big data platforms to track various quality metrics; combining knowledge in product engineering with data analysis to identity root causes of issues, while working closely with relevant departments to address identified issues promptly. Work with engineers and analyze possible failure issues. Work with our internal teams, such as R&D and business planning, provide weekly, monthly, and annual analysis reports for the teams to ensure the quality of our products on the market and to adjust our business strategy. Responsible for resolving quality issues and cost discrepancy claims by processing relevant data to effectively manage claims. Perform cost benefit analysis to learn Return in Investment, Break-Even and key indicators for evaluating risk and probability of projects, whereby providing data support for Business Planning team in business negations. Conduct predicative analysis based on historical data to predict future sales and returns indicators and collaborate with cross-functional team to develop business planning. Analyze different products based on factors such as product type, launch market length, sales cycle to choose statistics algorithm applying in retail industry. Responsible for applying these retail’s statistics algorithm. Utilize historical financial data to develop budget evaluation models, providing accurate projections of expenses for support of commercial strategy.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field, plus minimum 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience working as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Business Analyst, or Operation Research Analyst or a related position. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. We will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience. Experience should include minimum two years’ working on quantitative analysis or data analysis; working on Data Gathering; Raw Data Processing; data modeling; Predicative modeling, data visualization; cost benefit analysis, Budgeting, working with Statistical knowledge.
